As a Migrant himself, Gurpreet started VisaPoint Immigration to assist migrants with the best possible immigration advice in a simplified manner and at affordable prices. Gurpreet came as an international student in 2008 and then became a New Zealand citizen by navigating all the immigration processes including Work visa, Resident visa, Interim visa and then finally attaining New Zealand citizenship. 

 

As a Provisional license holder, Gurpreet can provide advice on all immigration matters under the direct supervision of a full license holder. Gurpreet has teamed up with immigration industry experts to provide you with the best possible immigration-related services.

Born in Christchurch, New Zealand, Evelyn discovered a passion for immigration law during her studies at the University of Canterbury and began practising in this area shortly after she graduated with a double degree in Law and Psychology. Since then, she has served hundreds of clients faithfully, always going the extra mile to get wrong decisions overturned and ensure that Immigration New Zealand follows a fair procedure in each case.

 

Evelyn has extensive experience in a wide variety of immigration matters, ranging from simple temporary visa applications to deportations and Immigration & Protection Tribunal appeals. She is particularly renowned for her expert handling of Partnership Category applications and ability to resolve complicated issues. With a proven track record of success helping her clients come back from even the most difficult situations, her persuasive writing ability is unmatched in the industry.​
